- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based
on shipping to the lower 48 states only! Hawaii and Alaska are
not included in those prices. The customer is charged for all
shipping charges on the initial order and exchanges.
- Shipment by: Flint River Retrievers shipping will be
sent by UPS. Shipping requires a street address
(no PO Box’s). Shipping available to US, APO and Canadian
addresses only.
- Delivery time: Allow 2-7 working days for
delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas
season may require additional shipping days.
- Shipping Origin: Bainbridge, GA; USA
- Consolidated Shipments: Entire order will
be shipped together, if possible.
- Tracking Number: On the day your order ships,
you will receive e-mail notification of the shipment along with
a tracking number.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations |
|
- Returns: For returned items, a fifteen percent
(15%) restocking fee is imposed.
- Exchanges: There is no restocking fee charged
for exchanged items. This applies to sizing exchanges only and
NOT to exchanges for other products.
- Cancellations: For cancelled items, a fifteen
percent (15%) restocking fee is imposed.
- Promptness and Packaging: All returns must
be postmarked no latter than 15 days from the original customer
shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition
and include original packaging. Customers must ship all items
in a shipping box or envelope; don’t use the product packaging
as a shipping container. Flint River Retrievers will refuse returns that
don’t meet these requirements.
- Return Authorization Number: A return authorization
number is required for any return or exchange. Either email or
call for a number.
- Warranty Exchanges: All warranty claims are
processed through individual product manufacturers and subject
to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned
directly to the manufacturers, unless advised by Flint River Retrievers customer
representative.

- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card as accepted payments accepted online.

Service) to prevent fraudulent transactions by unauthorized persons.
