Customer Service Guarantee
We pledge to offer our customers the greatest level of customer service and courtesy possible. This includes returning phone calls and emails in the rare cases where a member of our support staff is not immediately available to assist you. Emails are normally responded to within 24 hours during normal working hours and are monitored periodically throughout the weekend as well. Voice mails left on our answering system are responded to in a similar manner. In all cases of correspondence, we employ an "A.S.A.P." attitude when working with our customers. |
